Payroll that calculates itself from attendance
In most small companies, payroll month-end looks like this: export attendance from one tool, clean it in a spreadsheet, apply rates by hand, triple-check two people's overtime, and hope. The error rate is human; the hours are real.
One record, start to finish
Teamdott's payroll tab reads the same attendance records the clock wrote. For each person it shows present days, halves, paid and unpaid leave hours, absences, late marks and overtime — then computes gross, deductions and net from the rules and pay components you configured once.

The formula, in plain words
- Basic pay = per-day salary × days present, plus half-pay for half days, plus hourly pay for paid-leave hours (capped at your monthly allowance), plus overtime × your multiplier.
- Allowances — fixed amounts, percentages of basic or gross, per-day or per-hour amounts, or custom formulas.
- Deductions — pension percentages with optional caps, withheld tax, loan repayments; whatever you define.
- Employer contributions shown separately, so the true cost of the team is never a surprise.
Run, review, mark paid
Change a day rate in the table and everything recalculates live. When the numbers look right, Run payroll freezes the month, each row gets a Payslip button, and a paid toggle tracks who has actually been transferred. Export the whole month as CSV for your accountant — statutory filings stay their job, with clean inputs for once.
