A payslip is the one document every employee reads every month — and in most small companies it is still a Word template someone fills in by hand, or a generic printout from accounting software with no logo and someone else's font.

Components, not hard-coding
Earnings and deductions are rows you define: attendance-based basic pay, percentage allowances, fixed travel allowances, pension percentages, withheld tax — each with its own calculation type, optional caps and rounding. The slip explains each line ("20% of basic", "9% of gross") so employees stop asking what the numbers mean. Attendance summaries and employer contributions can be shown or hidden with a toggle.
